Biography

Anne Suzuki is a Japanese actress born on April 27, 1987. She began modeling at age three and started her acting career at twelve with a starring role in the Hollywood film Snow Falling on Cedars alongside Ethan Hawke. She subsequently appeared in the action movie Returner with Takeshi Kaneshiro, earning Best New Actor recognition at the 26th Japan Academy Awards. Her film credits include Hana and Alice directed by Shunji Iwai and Juvenile. Suzuki provided voice acting for the main character in Katsuhiro Otomo's 2004 anime film Steamboy. She also played the main female role of Natsuki Mogi in the Hong Kong racing movie Initial D, adapted from the manga and anime series of the same name.
