Haydn Gwynne was an English actress born on March 21, 1957, in Hurstpierpoint, West Sussex, England, United Kingdom, and she died on October 20, 2023, at the age of 66. Active in film and television productions from 1984 onward, she amassed known credits numbering 57. She was nominated for the 1992 BAFTA TV Award for Best Light Entertainment Performance for her work in the comedy series Drop the Dead Donkey, which ran from 1990 to 1991. She won the 2009 Drama Desk Award for Outstanding Featured Actress in a Musical for her role in the Broadway production of Billy Elliot the Musical. She also received four Olivier Award nominations.
