Biography
Eiichiro Oda is a Japanese manga artist born on January 1, 1975. He is the creator of the series One Piece. With over 523.2 million tankobon copies in circulation worldwide, One Piece is the best-selling manga in history and the best-selling comic series printed in volume. This success has established Oda as one of the best-selling fiction authors and as a manga artist credited with changing the history of the medium. In his personal life, Oda married former model and actress Chiaki Inaba on November 7, 2004. The couple met in late 2003 during the Jump Festa 2004 festival and have two children.
