Dionne Quan is an American voice actress who was born on October 20, 1978, in Lexington, Massachusetts. She is Chinese American and was born to parents Lori and Daryl Quan. Legally blind due to being born with optic hyperplasia, she has her acting scripts written in Braille. Quan obtained her first voice work for television commercials at the age of 14. She is known for voicing the character Kimi Finster in the cartoon television shows Rugrats and All Grown Up!, having been introduced in the second movie, Rugrats in Paris: The Movie, where she is the youngest actor in the cast. She also has a regular role on The Fairly OddParents as Trixie Tang, and in 2005 she starred as Yasmin in a show for 4Kids.
