Biography
Denice Kumagai is an actress born on July 7, 1956 in Honolulu, Hawaii. She is known for her recurring role as Quon Le Duc-Robinson on the NBC-TV series Night Court, which aired from 1984 to 1992. Her character was a Vietnamese woman whose family knew Court Clerk Mac Robinson from his time serving in Vietnam. The characters Quon Le and Mac married during the series run. Kumagai appeared in the eighth season MAS*H episode "Private Finance" as Oksun Li, a cleaning girl whom Klinger prevents from becoming a "working girl." She has had numerous television guest appearances and TV film roles over three decades. Kumagai is also a co-founding member of the East/West Players theatrical group in Los Angeles.
