Claire Goose is a British actress born in Edinburgh, Scotland on February 10, 1975. She lived in Edinburgh until she was two and a half and grew up in Norfolk. Her parents are Joy and David, a general practitioner in Kings Lynn. She has an older sister, Caroline, who is a nursery nurse, and an older brother, Duncan, who works in marketing. At age 16, she attended the Italia Conti Stage School. She got her big break in 1997 playing Tina Seabrook in the BBC One medical drama Casualty, appearing in the series from 1997 to 2000. She later starred in the police drama Waking the Dead as Mel Silver and in the ITV psychological thriller Secret Smile opposite David Tennant.
