Brittney Leigh Lower is an American actress born on August 2, 1985. She was raised in Heyworth, Illinois, to parents Steven and Mickey Lower. Her television career includes notable roles in the crime drama series Unforgettable, where she played Tanya Sitkowsky, and the romantic comedy series Man Seeking Woman, in which she portrayed the character Liz. Lower is also recognized for her role as Helly R. in the science fiction series Severance, which began airing in 2022. Her performance in Severance earned her a Primetime Emmy Award. Throughout her professional career, Lower has participated in television, film, and stage performances.
