He won a Joseph Jefferson Award for his portrayal of Bill Snibson in Me and My Girl. Stepanek gained wide recognition for his role as Arwin Hawkhauser on Disney Channel's The Suite Life of Zack & Cody. He also produced, co-wrote, and starred in the silent slapstick series Brian O'Brien.
