Biography
Ashton Chen Xiaolong, also known by the stage name Shi Xiaolong, is a Chinese actor and martial artist. He became a disciple of the Shaolin Temple abbot Shi Yongxin at the age of two and received his dharma name from the abbot. His father and Shi Yongxin taught him martial arts during his childhood. He gained industry attention following his performance at the International Shaolin Kung Fu Festival in Zhengzhou when he was four years old. He subsequently worked as a child actor in China and achieved success in films including the 1994 martial arts comedy Shaolin Popey II: Messy Temple. In 2003, he stopped his activities.
