Biography

Adam Godley is a British actor born on 22 July 1964. He has been nominated for two Tony Awards and four Laurence Olivier Awards for his performances on the New York and London stages. Godley made his Broadway debut in 2002 in a revival of Noël Coward's Private Lives, earning a Theatre World Award for Outstanding Broadway debut. He was nominated for a Tony Award for Best Featured Actor in a Musical for his performance in the 2011 musical Anything Goes. Godley's performance in The Lehman Trilogy in 2019 earned him a Laurence Olivier Award nomination, and the production's 2021 Broadway transfer received critical acclaim.
