9/18/25 – Great news—our new south parking lot, driveway, and rear access road are now paved, marking a successful completion of Phase 1 and an exciting first step in making room for more people at Jacob’s Well! Our goal is to open the new driveway and lot the weekend of September 27–28, 2025, weather permitting and pending final striping and wrap-up. Once open, please follow the posted signs: on Saturdays and Sundays you’ll be able to enter either lot from 122nd Street. For exiting, the south driveway will be left-turn only and the north (existing) driveway will be right-turn only. This phase adds approximately 90 new parking spaces.
