The week of media! Bay News 9, 10 Tampa Bay, WFLA, Tampa Bay 28, FOX 13 Tampa Bay – we appeared on ALL of these news channels this week! Why? Because of the best in class care YOU provide our community. ICU Nurse Karla Pedersen was featured Monday on Bay News 9 as the Everyday Hero; on Wednesday morning, Dr. Koebbe and our stroke patient 24-year-old Derrel Kelley appeared on 10 Tampa Bay for World Stroke Day; and later that day, we held a massive news conference with three media outlets here to cover our patient reunion for cardiac arrest survivor Thomas Schaefer as he thanks EMS, ER, CV, and ICU teams for their lifesaving work. Way to go!
