Today we meet with David Parr, owner of Parrfection Produce in Monticello, WI. This weekend, Parrfection is celebrating their Third Annual Tulip Festival, where visitors can bring their families and enjoy the over 50,000 blossoming tulips. In addition, children’s actives, petting zoos, and food trucks were also available for all to enjoy.
