Recycling bins from the Green County Leaders Project Greener Monroe have recently been installed in multiple Monroe Parks. The group of Craig Franke, Jacob Gardner, Hannah Kramer and Stuart Bisbee raised $8,700 to add to the City’s $5,000 to make the project happen. But bins are still needed, and Monroe Parks and Recreation is still accepting monetary donations.
