Floor directing is my main role with the Dubai-based news show. I give full instructions to the guests on which cameras to look at during introductions / conclusions.
I ensure guests in person & via Zoom are ready for a 3-segment news show & know properly where to look throughout the episode.
I prepare a zoom guest for each episode and ensure all 3 guests have Arabic translation being sent to their IFB to properly communicate with the host speaking Arabic the entire episode, most of her guests are English speaking so smooth communication with the translator is important
