The Indices are basically paused in front of economic news tomorrow. However, the Russell (IWM) broke out above resistance in a strong price development move. The only problem is the internals were not confirming the move. While there is economic news out tomorrow, that can have an effect of the determination of value. Either the other two Indices will catch up to the Russell, or we will see a pretty good move lower based on the recent internal weakness.
