The spokesperson said: Last year there were 22 visits by key Vietnamese leaders to neighboring countries, important partner countries, traditional friend countries, attending key international conferences; 28 visits by senior leaders of countries to Vietnam. There are also hundreds of meetings at multilateral forums.
This is a clear demonstration of the diplomatic identity of Vietnamese bamboo.
