but apparently he started the Boo as just like a joke comedian Nikki Glazer shares the real reason Kim Kardashian got booed at the roast of Tom Brady as fans remember Kim was present at the live event on May 5th appearing alongside some big names in comedy to roast the retired NFL star and while some were heard booing the skims founder during the live show Nikki shares the truth on the most recent episode of the not skinny but not fat podcast about what really went down I ran into someone who at The Comedy Store the next night and they were with some Wild guy who’s a comedian just like a just a I don’t even know it’s some open micer guy who kind of has a reputation for just like starting and being kind of like what like a a roast comic type guy in the scene I don’t remember who it was but apparently he started the Boo as just like a joke like he was just you know probably had too many drinks or something and he’s not affiliated with swifties anything like just felt like saying a boo into the air and apparently just everyone was so riled up denying the booing had anything to do with the swifties Nikki explains that the room was full of sports fans and you know she St I think she stands for like there are sports fans and she stands for being famous for nothing she doesn’t have talent or whatever so it just kind of got caught wind but it wasn’t Swifty meditated I do have that on good information that it was not based on that and cuz I was like this doesn’t feel like a huge Swifty Crow not that there’s not swifties everywhere but it didn’t feel like that was the vibe in the room and I was like oh this is just like sports fans wanting to have some sort of release taboo viewers who watched a replay of the live special will notice a more seamless edit the company’s vice president of standup comedy and comedy formats previously told The Hollywood Reporter that the audience reaction was cut from the special saying in part post edits are standard practice though noted Kim didn’t ask for it to be removed [Music]
