MU recreates bad achievements
In the trip to London Stadium in round 18 of the Premier League, MU controlled the ball more than West Ham but was completely deadlocked in attack. Meanwhile, the “Red Devils” defense made unnecessary mistakes.
As a result, MU had to receive a 0-2 defeat against West Ham. Jarrod Bowen (72′) and Mohammed Kudus (78′) were the ones who punctured goalkeeper Andre Onana in this match.

This victory helped West Ham climb to 6th place in the Premier League rankings with 30 points after 18 matches, 4 points behind the 4th ranked team, Man City, but playing 1 more match. Meanwhile, MU ranked 8th with only 28 points through 18 matches.
Up to this point in the 2023/24 season, MU has lost 13 matches in all competitions. The only time in the past they lost that much before Christmas was in the 1930/31 season (16 losses). That season, the red half of Manchester ended the season at the bottom of the English National Championship.
In all 4 recent matches in all competitions, MU was unable to score. The last time the “Red Devils” attack was stalled for so long was 31 years ago.
This is the first time since September 2019 that West Ham has won against MU in the Premier League. Coach David Moyes and his team are unbeaten in their last 7 matches at London Stadium in all competitions.
After 17 appearances in the Premier League this season, winger Jarrod Bowen has scored 11 goals and had 1 assist for his teammates to score. Bowen became the second player after John Hartson (1997/98 season) to score 11 goals in the Premier League before Christmas.
