Cua Luc 3 bridge project has a total route length of more than 2.6km, designed with 6 lanes, the bridge part is designed as a permanent bridge made of reinforced concrete and pre-stressed reinforced concrete. The bridge has the starting point connecting the main road of FLC Tropical City Ha Long urban area; The end point connects to National Highway 279 at Km16+415, located in Thong Nhat commune, Ha Long City.

At the same time, during implementation, the project must adjust the alignment design to avoid affecting the mangrove ecosystem in the area.
