Thereby, the People’s Committee of Thuan An City issued a decision to impose an administrative fine of 90 million VND. In addition, the project investor is also forced to overcome the consequences, within a period of 1 month to 3 months (specifically 2 from the date of receiving this decision) to organize the acceptance of construction parts and grades. Project has been put into use. All costs of organizing and implementing remedial measures are paid by Ha An Company.
Accordingly, Ha An Company must strictly comply with this sanctioning decision. If the deadline passes and the unit does not voluntarily comply, it will be enforced according to the provisions of law.

Previously, this apartment building was decided to temporarily suspend operations by the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of Binh Duong Provincial Police because it had not yet passed the acceptance test for fire protection.
