Immediately after receiving the information, the People’s Committee of Quang Yen Town directed the Quang Yen Town Police to mobilize the Fire and Rescue Police, Waterway Police to coordinate with functional forces to approach the scene and use the information. Using anti-gas masks to take 3 victims out of the ship’s hold. However, all three crew members were killed.
Immediately upon receiving the information, Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Xuan Ky and Chairman of the People’s Committee of Quang Ninh Province Cao Tuong Huy directed Quang Yen Town to coordinate with the authorities to support relatives and families of the victims. cause and promptly investigate and clarify the cause of the incident.
