ZatsuTabi -That's Journey- is a 2025 television anime series adapted from the travel-themed manga by Kenta Ishizaka. The narrative follows Chika, an aspiring manga artist who decides to leave her desk after her storyboards are rejected. Utilizing a social media poll to determine her itinerary, Chika embarks on a series of spontaneous, crowdsourced travels. Throughout her journey, she encounters various people and experiences, finding inspiration and friendship along the way. Her travels include a trip to the Ise Shrine with Riri, a night bus excursion with Yui and Fuyune, and solo journeys to Aomori and Wakayama to witness the first sunrise of the year. Following her return from Wakayama, she is joined by Koyomi for further travel. The series captures her unpredictable adventures as she navigates both mishaps and heartwarming moments while working to develop her creative career.
