Synopsis
Simon and Cad take over the spaceship heading for the moon, taking Polly prisoner. Sensing the danger, General Brainley calls for Underdog. In space, Polly tries to stop Simon, but only succeeds in being tied up. Reaching the Moon, Simon and Cad set their machine. Simon tells General Brainley that unless the leaders of the world turn their power over to him with the next few hours, Simon will unleash his first terrifying storm upon the earth.
