The story follows characters Tonkao, Mr. Ruj, and Ms. Chome, who took refuge in a basement bunker underneath the Sawasdee condo beginning in 2012 out of fear that the Mayan doomsday prophecy might come true. No one had heard or seen any of the residents of the Sawasdee Taweesuk Condo since that year. After the world was not wiped out by an apocalyptic flood, the group wanted to resume their normal lives. However, while they were hiding underground, the condo was torn down to make room for a new Bangkok Metro rail line. Left with no other choice, the gang had to move into Mr. Ruj's last remaining asset, which is the Sawasdee Taweesuk home.
