Overview
The Thundermans is an American superhero live-action comedy television series created by Jed Spingarn that aired on Nickelodeon from October 14, 2013, to May 25, 2018. The show follows the Thundermans, a suburban family possessing astounding superpowers who attempt to live normal lives in the fictional city of Hiddenville while keeping their abilities a secret. At the center of the narrative are 14-year-old fraternal twins, Phoebe and Max, who share a home, a school, and a healthy sibling rivalry. Despite their shared upbringing, the siblings possess opposing aspirations. Phoebe is a dedicated student with a sunny disposition who dreams of becoming a superhero and using her powers for good. Conversely, her twin brother, Max, is a super villain. As they navigate the challenges of adolescence alongside their younger siblings, the twins work toward joining the Z-Force, an elite squad of superheroes.
