Synopsis
When the CIA opts to recruit Reece instead of incarcerate him, the world's most wanted man travels to a black site in Morocco with Freddy Strain. The former SEALs train up for an operation to find and turn Reece's former ISOF ally, MO FAROOQ, who has defected to Al-Qaeda. In D.C., Raife seeks Katie's help investigating Congress's role in the missing weapons shipments.
