Overview

The film "The Outpost" is a depiction of a pivotal event in the Afghan War. A small unit of U.S. soldiers is stationed at a remote combat outpost in a valley surrounded by three mountains. The outpost is located in a remote area of Afghanistan. The U.S. soldiers stationed at the outpost face a coordinated attack from a large force of Taliban fighters.
