The Hollywood Palace was originally titled The Saturday Night Hollywood Palace. The show was broadcast weekly and it was an hour-long program. The Hollywood Playhouse where the show was staged is today known as Avalon Hollywood. The show was broadcast from January 4, 1964 to February 7, 1970.
