Overview

Set in the year 1976 in the Straits of Yucatan, the story follows Jack Hooks, a former police officer who was framed by his corrupt partner and sent to prison for a drug crime he did not commit. Offered an early release deal by the DEA, Hooks takes on a mission to bring down the drug trade of his former partner, Frank Rossi, and his associates. This assignment requires Hooks to enter the underworld of marijuana smuggling by executing a major run through the narrow channel situated between Cuba and Mexico, known as The Eye, leading into a violent environment.
