Because Penny is sick, Cathy is acting sergeant and out on the beat. Quinnan and Stamp go to an accident. Two rival gangs are involved. Roach tries to take a witness statement from 2 Asians. Carver is interviewing one of the occupants of the car. Able tries to talk to an Asian neighbour of the injured man who dies in hospital.
