Synopsis
Saving a teenage girl high on drugs from jumping off the high-school roof, Hooker is concerned that there is a new supplier of PCP on the streets that is dealing to the students. When a rookie officer is badly wounded while undercover trying to stop the suppliers, Hooker is determined to get to the root of the operation and put the dealers behind bars.
