Super Cub is a 2021 television series centered on a high school student named Koguma who lives in Yamanashi. The story follows Koguma, a girl who lacks parents, friends, and hobbies, leading to a daily life that feels empty. Her situation changes when she acquires a used Honda Super Cub motorcycle. This vehicle serves as her primary mode of transportation to school, and the challenges of operating it, such as encountering detours and running out of fuel, introduce small adventures into her routine. As she adjusts to this transformation, she encounters a classmate named Reiko. Reiko reveals that she also commutes to school using a motorcycle. Through this shared interest, the Super Cub acts as a catalyst for change in Koguma's life, helping her move past her isolation.
