Strike the Blood is a television series that premiered in 2013 and ran until 2022. Created by Gakuto Mikumo, the show features voice performances from Yoshimasa Hosoya, Asami Seto, Risa Taneda, and Rina Hidaka. The narrative centers on Kojou Akatsuki, a high school student living in the Demon District of Itogami Island. His life changes significantly after an encounter grants him the abilities of a vampire. It is subsequently discovered that Kojou is the fourth primogenitor, a powerful vampire previously thought to be a legend. Due to his immense destructive potential, the Lion King Organization dispatches an apprentice sword-shaman named Yukina Himeragi to monitor him.
