Overview
Released in 2004, Snowboarders is a Czech comedy film directed by Karel Janák. The story follows characters Rendy and Jáchym, who are tired of spending New Year's Eve with their parents and wish to learn how to ride a snowboard, having previously only used a video game board. After winning a season pass at the Arcade, the boys arrange accommodation at a mountain lodge belonging to Jáchym's cousin Milan. Jáchym is required to bring his annoying sister Marta along on the trip. In exchange for their stay at the lodge, the boys are permitted to lodge there by doing housework, which includes washing dishes, cleaning the lodge, and walking the dog, alongside dealing with Marta and other tasks. Additionally, the mountain lodge houses three attractive girls with whom Rendy and Jáchym fall in love.
