Overview
Shooter is a television series that follows the journey of Bob Lee Swagger, a highly decorated former Marine sniper. The narrative centers on Swagger as he is coaxed back into action after learning of a plot to kill the president. Once he returns to service, he finds himself framed for murder. The program aired on the USA Network on Thursdays at 10:00 pm. Each episode has a runtime of approximately 43 minutes and is broadcast in both high-definition and standard-definition formats. In addition to its original network run, the streaming service Netflix began broadcasting the series in certain regions worldwide. The first season was made available on a weekly basis starting November 15, 2016. The show is based on the premise of an expert marksman who must navigate a dangerous conspiracy involving the assassination of the United States President.
