Synopsis
Telly, Monster on the Spot reporter, is on the scene at Oscar's trash can where Oscar will demonstrate anger. Oscar unwittingly helps out with the report by just being himself, wanting Telly to scram as usual. Telly now reports that Oscar is about to receive an H-word gift from Preston Rabbit - a hug (whether he wants it or not).
