Synopsis
Elmo tells Maria that today, he wants to learn how to be a Grouch for a day. Oscar refuses to help, constantly replying "NO" and waving a sign with the word. Maria doesn't think Oscar would even be able to teach Elmo; Oscar feels insulted and decides to teach Elmo some Grouch things.
