Overview
Sense8 is an American science fiction drama television series created by Lana and Lilly Wachowski and J. Michael Straczynski for Netflix. The series started airing on Netflix on June 5, 2015, and revolves around eight strangers from different parts of the world who suddenly become mentally and emotionally linked. The show was produced by the Wachowskis' production companies, including Anarchos Productions and later Venus Castina Productions. Sense8 features a diverse ensemble cast, including Bae Doona, Jamie Clayton, Tina Desai, and Tuppence Middleton.
