Overview

SeaQuest DSV is an American science fiction television series created by Rockne S. O'Bannon that originally aired on NBC from 1993 to 1996. The show was produced by Amblin Television and Universal Television. Set in the early 21st century, the series depicts a future where mankind has colonized the oceans. The United Earth Oceans Organization enlists Captain Nathan Bridger and the submarine seaQuest DSV to maintain peace and explore the depths of the ocean. The series ran for three seasons and consisted of 57 episodes. It starred Jonathan Brandis, Don Franklin, and Ted Raimi, and featured a storyline centered around undersea adventures and conflicts.
