Synopsis
Based on the novel by Jane Austen, this period movie tells the story of Anne Elliot, spinster daughter of a British nobleman. Anne is unduly influenced by her society-oriented family's preference for a gentleman match and turns away a love interest, only to cross paths with him again seven years later.
