Rampo Kitan: Game of Laplace is a 2015 television series categorized under animation, mystery, and crime. The series aired on Fuji TV on the Noitamina programming block from July 2 to September 17, 2015. The story takes place at a certain middle school where several murder cases take place. A boy named Kobayashi, who goes to this school, meets a genius detective named Akechi who comes to the school to investigate the crimes. Kobayashi takes an interest in Akechi and, in spite of the worries of his friend Hashiba, he volunteers to be Akechi's assistant.
