Overview

Following this event, other girls are abducted, and their severed limbs are discovered placed in custom-fitted boxes throughout surrounding towns. To investigate the case, a private investigator hired by a missing daughter's mother joins forces with an antique book seller, news editor Morihiko Toriguchi, crime fiction writer Tatsumi Sekiguchi, and onmyōji Akihiko Chūzenji. Together, these individuals work to unravel the mystery behind the bizarre murder spree and the dismembered victims. The production features a cast that includes Tôru Furuya, Hiroaki Hirata, Aya Hisakawa, and Nobuyuki Hiyama. The series is also known by the title Mouryou no Hako.
