Poyraz Karayel is a Turkish television drama series that aired on Kanal D from 2015 to 2017. The show blends elements of crime, comedy, drama, and romance, and was produced by Limon Film. It stars İlker Kaleli in the title role of Poyraz Karayel, alongside Burçin Terzioğlu as Ayşegül Umman and Musa Uzunlar in a supporting role. The series centers on Poyraz, a former police officer who is wrongfully accused of a crime and subsequently expelled from the force. After his release from prison, he struggles to rebuild his life and regain custody of his son. In order to infiltrate Istanbul’s largest mafia organization, Poyraz accepts an undercover assignment. Throughout the series, he faces dangerous challenges while attempting to balance his mission with his personal quest to reunite with his child.
