Person of Interest is an American science fiction crime drama television series that aired on CBS from September 22, 2011, to June 21, 2016. The story follows John Reese, a former CIA paramilitary operative who is presumed dead. He teams up with a reclusive billionaire and genius software inventor named Harold Finch. Together, the two operate in New York City to prevent violent crimes before they happen.
