Overview

Outside of his law enforcement duties, White secretly moonlights as the Unknown Comic, performing as an anonymous stand-up comedian while wearing a paper bag over his head. Complications arise when an unknown individual using the exact same guise carries out a series of bar robberies throughout the town. As the crimes continue, suspicion begins to grow among some people that White himself is the actual culprit behind the robberies. The film carries an R rating and is promoted with the tagline stating that the long arm of the law has reached an all time low.
