Overview

Motu Patlu is an Indian animated sitcom that premiered on Nickelodeon on 16 October 2012. The series is adapted from the Lotpot comic strip and is set in the fictional city of Furfuri Nagar. The narrative focuses on the lives of two friends, Motu and Patlu, who are described as being as similar as chalk and cheese. The show chronicles the pair as they embark on adventurous expeditions and frequently find themselves in tricky, hilarious situations. These misadventures often require the duo to be rescued through luck, frequently with the assistance of supporting characters including Ghasita Ram, Inspector Chingam, and Dr. Jhatka.
