S3·E13 Malcolm

Unhappy wife Lorna asks her depressed, workaholic husband Malcolm to play his clarinet for her like he did in their youth. The music causes severe pain in his abdomen and he's taken to surgery. What they find trapped in there is beyond bizarre.
