In the eleventh episode of the second season of Modern Family, Claire becomes a determined neighborhood vigilante, hoping to catch and stop a menacing car that speeds through their streets. Elsewhere, Phil is busy trying to land an important listing with a difficult client. Jay takes on the task of teaching Manny how to ride a bike, only to learn that Gloria needs lessons too. Meanwhile, Mitchell and Cameron stumble upon a mysterious neighbor who proves to be quite the charmer. The series itself follows the lives of three diverse but interrelated family setups living in suburban Los Angeles, forming one big, happy family that is straight, gay, multi-cultural, and traditional.
