Mischievous Kiss: Love in Tokyo is a 2013 Japanese television drama based on the manga Itazura na Kiss by Kaoru Tada. The series stars Honoka Yahagi and Yuki Furukawa in the lead roles and aired on Fuji Television. The story follows Kotoko Aihara, a high school student who is not particularly academically gifted, and her developing relationship with the intelligent and popular Naoki Irie. After being rejected by Naoki, Kotoko's life takes an unexpected turn when her home is damaged by an earthquake, forcing her to relocate temporarily with her father to a new residence. This move brings her into closer contact with Naoki again, setting the stage for further interactions between them.
